Why Exercise Physiology?

Research continues to show how powerful exercise is for women’s health. Meet Stacey

Hi, I’m Stacey, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a genuine love for movement, women’s health, and helping women feel at home in their bodies again. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful exercise can be in changing lives: easing pelvic floor symptoms, reducing pain, supporting fertility and hormonal balance, improving pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and helping women move through every stage of life with more strength and confidence.

I founded Activate Rehabilitation & Health because I wanted women to have a space where they feel heard, supported, and guided with evidence-based exercise that actually fits into their busy lives. My passion is teaching women how their bodies work, showing them what they’re capable of, and giving them the tools to move, feel, and live better ,not just for today, but for years to come.
